Processing Timelines & Availability

• In-Stock Inventory: Orders for in-stock timepieces placed prior to our daily cutoff are processed and prepared for same-day dispatch. Standard shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays.
• Special Orders & "Price on Request" Items: Timepieces labeled as Price on Request or Special Order are acquired directly through our curated supplier network to fulfill your specific request. These references ship within two to five (2–5) business days from the order confirmation date.

The Pre-Shipment Inspection Protocol

Before any package leaves our facilities, it undergoes a rigorous multi-step pre-shipment quality control process to guarantee accuracy and condition:

• Inventory & Provenance Matching: The timepiece is retrieved from our vault and verified against website listing specifications. Factory boxes, guarantee cards, manuals, and included accessories are matched precisely to the order details.
• Horological & Diagnostic Testing: Our master watchmaking team places the watch through a final series of diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art equipment. We verify timekeeping accuracy, power reserve, cosmetic condition, and water resistance (where applicable) to ensure it arrives in peak operating condition.

Carrier Logistics & Transit Security

• Fully Insured Transit: All domestic and international shipments are 100% insured against transit loss, damage, or theft through third-party high-value cargo insurance from dispatch to delivery.
• Trusted Carriers: We ship exclusively via expedited express options with recognized carriers, primarily UPS and FedEx (including FedEx Priority Overnight options).
• Adult Signature Required: For security and fraud protection, all deliveries strictly require an indirect or direct adult signature upon handover or carrier pickup. Packages will not be left unattended on doorsteps.
• Address Restrictions: To safeguard high-value cargo, shipments are restricted to verified billing addresses or authorized carrier holding facilities for secure client pickup.

Sales Tax Policy

Time Sublime complies with state and local tax regulations. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the destination address. We are legally obligated to collect sales tax on taxable orders, including associated shipping and handling fees, delivered to destinations within Utah State and other applicable jurisdictions.
